Shipping 

US Domestic orders only. No international orders are possible from this site. For products purchased via this web-store AirPop only ships within the United States. Please allow up to one week from order placement to receipt of purchase confirmation and tracking number. Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY via USPS ground.  

Returns 

Refunds for product quality issues, or manufacturing defects, within 7 days. 

AirPop will refund, or replace, a product if it is returned to AirPop with the following conditions: 

-    Product is unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

-    Returned product contains original receipt and/or packing slip.

-    Return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing orders@aetheris.us with the subject line Return Request and an explanation of why the product is being returned.

-    Customer agrees to pay shipping expenses to return the defective product at their own cost.

-    Product is returned within 14 days of emailing AirPop at returns@aetheris.us. 

AirPop will credit the same payment method used for the damaged product. If the product has been opened, damaged or otherwise altered by the consumer, AirPop will not accept the return as eligible for refund, exchange or replacement.
